How is my price decided?
Your price comes from your home's size and the photos you share during booking. Once we confirm it, it's fixed — the only changes are add-ons you explicitly approve.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers share gate codes or lockbox instructions during booking. Access details are only shown to your assigned cleaner and are hidden again after the job completes.
Who are the cleaners?
Independent local cleaning businesses that passed our vetting: document review, interview, and a paid trial job scored at 80% or higher. See Cleaner Standards for the full process.
What if the cleaner finds more work than expected?
They stop, photograph the area, and send an add-on request with a price. Work continues only after you approve — that's the rule.
When am I charged?
A $30 deposit reserves your booking. The remaining balance is charged only after the cleaning is completed with verified before-and-after photos.
What areas do you serve?
Casa Grande with full availability, and Arizona City on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday route days.
Our quality guarantee
If something inside the approved scope isn't right, report it with photos within 24 hours. We'll arrange a targeted reclean or issue a fair credit. The guarantee doesn't cover new messes after completion, work outside the confirmed scope, permanent stains or damage, or areas that were unsafe or inaccessible.
Cancellation policy
- More than 24 hours ahead: free cancellation, full deposit refund.
- 12–24 hours ahead: your deposit becomes an account credit.
- Under 12 hours: partial cancellation charge.
- Cleaner already traveling or on site: enhanced cancellation charge.
- If your cleaner cancels: full refund or priority replacement — your choice.
- If your cleaner no-shows: full refund plus a credit on us.
